Online ordering was simple and easy. They had to substitute one flower type due to supply issues, but walked me through options over the phone.. They came up with a great bouquet for my grandmother's 85th birthday. Will shop here again! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for your Business . I had a lovely experience with Colwell Flower Shop. I ordered online and selected the Peace, Prayer and Blessings Pink and White basket. I ordered one day before I needed the flowers delivered and that was easily facilitated despite the short notice. Colwell emailed me a photo of the final arrangement, which did look like the sample image I had selected online. I was very impressed and happy with this as my last experiences with online flower orders from other service providers deviated greatly from image shown when ordering. The recipient of the flowers told me that they were beautiful, healthy blooms and that the smell of the flowers filled the house. I am very satisfied and would definitely order from Colwell again. I placed an order for delivery on my Grandmother's birthday. I live in Georgia,my grandmother in Dellroy, OH. Its hard for me to get a good feel for the quality that a company can provide since I can't physically go to the shop. I've had years of terrible experiences with other florists, one even delivered dead flowers to my mom. I can not express how happy I am with this order. My grandma said this arrangement was massive (I ordered the "Deluxe" upgrade) they are fresh, gorgeous and made her feel extra special on her day.
