My latest New Customer experience through Google happened Sunday on my way home from church. My phones are answered 24 hrs a day. An out of town customer needed special service. Hester from Colwell Flower Shop provided us with outstanding service! We had ordered a funeral arrangement online from a national provider the day before it was to be delivered to the funeral home and due to an issue with transaction, it was discovered that they could not deliver another arrangement today. Being a Sunday and the store closed, we called Colwell on the off-chance that someone from the store would be available. We did not expect anyone to answer the phone, but Hester did! We asked if it would be possible for her to deliver a funeral arrangement to the local funeral home within a couple of hours. She was not even in the store but went there, called us back and said she had the perfect arrangement. She delivered the arrangement two hours before we asked, sent us a picture all within 20 minutes. Hester was so personable and nice and provided outstanding service. I only wish I could have given her six stars!
